Resolving Your Concerns:
- Contact Us: You can express your concerns through an email escalation process, which will be reviewed within 48 hours.
Alternatives to Refunds:
- Service Change: If your needs change, you can opt to switch to a different service within 60 days of your initial payment. The unused portion of the initial payment will be applied towards the new service, excluding completed work, government fees/taxes, and third-party payments.
Refund Policy:
- Advance Payment: Aanoor Global allocates portions of your payment based on service milestones. Completed tasks are non-refundable due to the time invested.
- Government Fees/Taxes & Third-Party Payments: These are non-refundable as they are paid on your behalf. Aanoor Global is only liable for the service fee received.
Claiming a Refund:
- Contact Senior Management: Our team will try to resolve your concerns and complete the service.
- Refund Request: You can request a refund through your CRM account within 60 days of payment. Claims after 60 days are void.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation of bank details.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are only granted if Aanoor Global demonstrably fails to fulfill its obligations.
- Approved or completed services are non-refundable.
- Aanoor Global strives to complete the service. If you’re still dissatisfied, deductions will be made for completed work and government/third-party fees.
- Increased government fees/taxes due to rejections, resubmissions, or refiling are not covered by the standard policy. You are responsible for such additional costs.
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., government approvals, web platform issues) are not covered by the refund policy.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war) also exclude refunds and service interruptions.
Disclaimer:
Changing your mind or personal circumstances does not constitute a valid reason for a refund as work is already underway.
